'm liz in for neil cavuto, and this is the week that the battle lines are drawn. the obama administration drawing up its blueprint for the next four years, and on the agenda, immigration, climate change, gun control, and tax hikes. you notice anything missing? bob cusak and sabrina says democrats are embolden this time and spending cuts last on the list. bob, first to you. bob, the president is essentially a lame duck, the second term, 16 months. that's a lot to deal with in 16 months. what's first on the agenda, do you think? >> first is gun control, and, obviously, this was before the connecticut shooting, but he did not talk about it in the first term. he didn't push it. he's going to be pushing that, pushing immigration, pushing climate change, but spending is not on his agenda, cutting spending. i think he was interested in 2011, almost got a deal with speaker john boehner on a grand bargain on entitlement reform, crafting a budget now. i don't think you're going to see major cuts in that. it's a significant shift. remember, obama said the deficit kept his awake in the first term. th

, i had enough exposure to the obama administration during the first term, both directly and interactions answer his policies, which i disagree with. i just became disillusioned with him and therefore could not support him going into the second term, particularly because i thought his policies dealing with the economy were very shortsighted, and effective, and, shall we say, wrongly focused. cheryl: but he had been criticized in the first term for picking the wrong advisers, if you will, leading on someone who came from the university of chicago. now he has a second chance in the second turn to bring new blood in. what do you think of the cabinet he is forming. >> well, i think some of them are pretty good, to be honest and announced -- also bought austin goals be was pretty good. i still think the policies that he ultimately decided upon were driven more by politics and ideology than by their pragmatic effect on the economy. that has been the problem that i have witnessed directly, firsthand, as i was the decision making process. that cannot to me, was what was the core

a straightforward factual point. that is, that the american people were lied to and why to consciously by the obama administration, not four days, four weeks. to have her sit there in that chair without performance, political theater. some may find it amusing. i find it alarming that this administration is setting forward a legacy for itself that looks to me as though it will be the most dishonest low-paid deceitful administration since the nixon administration. lori: we do care. lou: who could not care? lori: of course you do. melissa: what she said is what difference does it make. lou: if it did not matter, why did the administration lied to the american people for three weeks? why do they continue to withhold information about what transpired and who is responsible amongst, how did she call it, a federation, a affiliates of al qaeda which suggests a very loose understanding of what al qaeda and other organizations through north africa, the middle east and southern asia represent. it is really very stunning stuff. melissa: she talks about what difference does it make, it makes a huge difference.
